We want any arrangement you enter into with us to feel fair and transparent. This policy sets out, in general terms, how refunds are considered. Specific terms for a particular session or material will be confirmed with you in writing before any payment is made.

1. Scope of this policy

This website primarily provides free, general educational content. Where we separately agree to provide a paid coaching session or educational material, this Refund Policy applies to that purchase. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

2. Our general approach

Our aim is to resolve any concern reasonably and promptly. If something has not gone as expected, we encourage you to contact us first so we can understand the situation and look for a fair outcome. We assess refund requests in good faith and on their individual circumstances.

3. Coaching sessions

If you have paid for a coaching session that has not yet taken place, you may request a refund in accordance with the cancellation terms below. Once a session has been delivered, it is generally considered complete. If you feel a delivered session fell short of what was reasonably agreed, please contact us so we can discuss it.

4. Digital and educational materials

Where digital materials are supplied, your right to change your mind may be limited once access has been granted or a download has begun, to the extent permitted by law. We will make any such limitation clear to you before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please let us know as early as you can. Where you provide reasonable advance notice, we will offer to reschedule or, where appropriate, arrange a refund. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect the amount that can be refunded, and any specific notice period will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • the date of your purchase or booking;
  • a brief description of what you bought; and
  • the reason for your request.

7. Timeframes and method of refund

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few business days and to resolve them within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are normally returned using the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

Refunds may not be available where a service has been fully delivered as agreed, where a clearly stated non-refundable arrangement was accepted at the time of purchase, or where a request falls outside any agreed timeframe. Any such conditions will always be communicated to you before payment.
